Cadillac is adding some big style to the 2019 Escalade with the new Sport Edition, revealed at the 2018 LA Auto Show.
The new Sport Edition is available on the Luxury, Premium Luxury and Platinum-trim models, and comes with gloss black exterior trim including the front grille, window moldings, body side moldings and more. Unique Midnight Silver finish is used on the standard 22-inch wheels.

Powering the Sport Edition is the 6.2-liter V8 making 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, driving this beastly SUV to 60 mph in less than six seconds according to GM.
Plenty of other features are included on the Sport Edition, though the gloss-black styling accents are really the most important part of the package here. Other features include heated and cooled front seats, heated second-row seats, heated steering wheel and a 12.3-inch display screen in to the info cluster.
Opting for the Sport Edition package adds $2,700 to the price of the Escalade, which starts at $84,790. Dealers will begin taking delivery of the Sport Editions in Q1 2019.
