Here is the all-new 2027 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation 4×4 pickup truck before we are supposed to see it. It’s a prototype test truck, but it does not have much camouflage left. These images come to us from Brighton, Michigan from our fan Anthony H., thank you for sending this to us. Let’s take a close look at these images and get all of the details!
2027 GMC Sierra 1500
The pickup truck you see here is a base Elevation trim level with an optional X31 off-road package. The decorative hood panels say “TurboMax” on them. This is the redesigned new truck with an “enhanced” 2.7L turbocharged four-cylinder engine. How is it enhanced? We don’t know yet. We expect it to have more power and torque than the current 310 hp and 430 lb-ft. GM already said that it’s getting their 10-speed automatic.
The other engine options include the 3.0L Duramax I6 turbo-diesel and two new V8 gas engines: the 5.7L V8 and the 6.6L V8. There is a rumor that these trucks will have an option for much larger fuel tank than the current 24 gallon tank in the current trucks. This would increase the Sierra 1500 driving range by a huge margin.

We will be the first to have all of the details about the redesigned new trucks very soon. Please stay tuned to this website and our TFLtruck Youtube channel. Please check out the video below for more information.
