The 2027 Ram TRX is getting that much closer. You can now start ordering the new 777 horsepower off-road pickup truck at your local Ram Trucks dealer. Here’s everything we know. Let’s dig in.
The original top-of-the-line Ram TRX was around between 2021-2024 model years. It had a 6.2L Hellcat supercharged HEMI V8 with 702 horsepower, a wide body design, high articulation suspension, and a luxurious interior. The 2027 TRX is coming back as the first the SRT vehicles from Ram. The recipe is about the same, but the truck now makes a lot more power.
We will drive the new TRX very soon, so please come back to TFLtruck.com for more details. The main question is: what happens when you combine 777 supercharged horsepower with the latest transmissions, AWD, and suspension tuning that was refined with the Ram RHO. It should make for a very desirable flagship truck.
All this comes at a price. The new 2027 Ram TRX starts at $99,995 + $2,795 destination charge = $102,790. This price includes a comfortable interior and Ram’s hands-free Active Drive Assist (L2+) system.
The black and red TRX you see in this video is equipped with the new Bloodshot Night Edition package which costs an additional $9,995 for the top price of $112,785. This is a high price, but it is lower than a starting price of a 2026 Ford F-150 Raptor R. The Raptor R uses a 720 horsepower 5.2L supercharged Predator V8 engine and starts at $113,725.
