The limited 2024 Nissan Frontier Forsberg Edition Package will up the truck’s off-road cred, but it isn’t cheap.
After teaming up to build and run a truck for last year’s NORRA 500 race in Baja California, Chris Forsberg now has his name on another offering that you can actually get for your own Frontier. The so-called Forsberg Edition Package will be a limited-run option for Nissan’s midsize truck (though the automaker did not specify exactly how many of the dealer-installed packages it intends to sell).

If you want to upgrade your 2022-and-newer Nissan Frontier with the package, you can expect most of the same upgrades that went into the race truck. You get a Nismo lift kit and suspension upgrades including forged upper control arms and high-performance shocks, 17-inch Axis beadlock-capable wheels, 265/70-R17-sized Yokohama Geolandar X-AT tires, rock sliders, the roof rack and LED lighting, and a Nismo catback exhaust setup. The Forsberg Edition Package also adds in a host of decals and special limited edition badging, though you’d expect as much when you see the $9,999 price tag.
Of course, this sort of package makes the most sense on the Pro-4X, which itself has a starting price tag of $41,070. You could feasibly get the Forsberg package for less than $50,000 all-in, though, since you can have it installed on any version of the Frontier.

While the package itself will go on sale this fall, Nissan is bringing the Forsberg Edition Package-equipped Fronter Pro-4X to the 2024 Chicago Auto Show. Andre and Roman will be at this year’s media preview day, so stay tuned for a more detailed look on what the package brings later this week.
We covered a host of off-road truck builds at the most recent SEMA show in Las Vegas, which Andre detailed in the video below:
