GM’s Family First website shows configuration of a several new 2019 Silverado 1500 trucks that are new. They are the regular (two-door) cab with an 8-foot bed, or double (extended) and crew cab trucks with a 3.0L Duramax turbo-diesel.
Chevy Silverado 1500 2-Door Cab
A two-door 2WD base truck with a 4.3L V6 and a 6-speed automatic starts at $28,300 before a destination charge. This is equipped with a 3.42 rear axle ratio. Once you add the $1,595 destination charger the MSRP goes to $29,895. You can also configure the two-door long-bed truck with a 5.3L V8 with the older V8-to-V4 Active Fuel Management (AFM).
The regular cab 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 can also be configured on at Chevy’s consumer website (chevy.com).
3.0L Duramax Diesel
The new 3.0L turbo-diesel straight-six can also be configured on GM Family First website. GM says the engine is rated at 277 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. When you choose a double-cab 2WD LT, then your minimum starting price is $43,805 before destination charges. The diesel-powered trucks are listed to have a 3.23 rear axle differential.
If you have to have the biggest and the most luxurious Silverado 1500 Diesel, then the crew cab longer bed High Country 4×4 truck will be in order that is rolling on 22-inch wheels. A truck like this with a $2,495 3.0L Duramax I6 engine option will start at $62,765.
