The all-new 2015 Ford Transit continues to put up impressive sales numbers in August 2015. It is also the best improved van over last year, although it production and sales were just ramping up last year. When combined with the sales of the discontinued E-Series, the Ford full-size vans outsell all competition combined.
The Ram ProMaster made a big improvement. It is now selling more units than the GMC Savana or the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
The Chevy Express is still in the second sales position, but it continues to see a steep decline in sales. The GMC Savana is lost an even bigger chunk. It’s now at the bottom of the sales chart. Can GM bring new life to their full-size vans?
The Nissan NV continues to slowly improve. It may see a big jump in sales if it will receive the 5.0L V8 Cummins turbo-diesel. However, there is no official word on this yet.
