GMC Yukon and GM SUVs Are Hot Sellers, While Most Others See Huge Loses – Q1 20221 Sales Report

Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer Are Doing Great As Well.

2022 gmc yukon at4 q1 sales report

Look at this! GM’s full-size SUVs are overwhelming the U.S. market in the first quarter of 2022. GMC Yukon and Yukon XL are leading the renewed sales growth for the company. In fact, the Tahoe, Suburban, and the Escalade all grow their numbers when compared to the rest of the field. The new 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer also have a successful quarter, but the same cannot be said Ford, Nissan, and Toyota. They take huge losses across the board. Here are the details.

The Ford Expedition shows a huge slide down in sales. The Lincoln Navigator has the same fate. Things get worse for the Nissan Armada, Infiniti QX80, and the Lexus LX. The next-generation Lexus LX is coming to the U.S. market. However, the Toyota Land Cruiser is discontinued. The all-new 2023 Toyota Sequoia is coming later this year, but the sales are crashing down at this time (during the switch between factories and between generations).
