Take a look at the new 2027 Ford Super Duty and the Carhartt package. I go hands on with two new 2027 Super Duty Carhartt pickup trucks in the Detroit, Michigan. These trucks have new style inside and out to pay homage to hard working people everywhere. Let’s dig in!
Hamilton Carhartt founded the Carhartt rugged apparel company in 1889 in Detroit, Michigan. The first Carhartt factory was in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood. Henry Ford founded the Ford Motor Company in Detroit Michigan in 1903. The two companies have a relationship and history that goes back decades.
Ford is introducing the Ford F-250 and F-350 Carhartt package for the 2027 model year. You will be able to order any and all 2027 Super Duties via your local dealership starting on May 8th, 2026. The Carhartt package is only available of crew cab 4×4 F-250 XLT and F-350 XLT single-rear-wheel trucks.
The Carhartt package includes:
- Unique dark-painted grille
- 20-inch unique wheels that were inspired by the Detroit street manhole covers
- LT 275/65R20 All-Terrain tires
- Off-Road Running Boards (also available on the Super Duty Tremor and F-150 Tremor/Raptor trucks)
- Carhartt graphics on fender vents, doors, and tailgate with unique color accents
- Spray-in bed liner with Carhartt logo on the bulkhead
- Carhartt-inspired unique water resistant cloth seats and Carhartt-inspired triple stitching
- Wrapped steering wheel with accent stitching
- Premium all-weather floor mats inspired by Carhartt’s latest tool bags
- LED lights throughout: roof markers, clearance lamps, reflector lamps, fog lamps, and more.
We don’t have detailed pricing for all 2027 Super Duty trims and options at this time, but this Carhartt package is priced at $4,195. Once again, it is based on a crew cab 4×4 XLT truck.
The current 2026 Ford F-250 crew cab 4×4 XLT with a 6.8L gas V8 engine (405 hp) starts at $59,595 (including the $2,795 destination charge). The 2027 pricing may change slightly, and you need to add the $4,195 if you are looking to get the Carhartt package.
Naturally, the Carhartt package will be available with a selection of powertrains. You can also get it with a 6.7L Power Stroke V8 turbo-diesel. The standard output (475 hp) diesel engine adds $11,495 to the price of a 2026 Super Duty. The high-output (500 hp) diesel adds $13,495 over the base 6.8L gas V8 power plant.
