This outstanding example of a 1967 Chevrolet C10 is up for auction right now, and it looks amazing!
The 1967 Chevrolet C10 in this post, which is up for sale on TFLbids.com, is restored and tastefully modified. Many of the components on the eight-foot bed are sourced from different year Chevys. The upgrades are (in many cases) modern, and the interior is practically brand new.
This 1967 Chevrolet C10 has serious power
- Power comes from a clean 350 CID V8 GM “Goodwrench” block. It is equipped with an Edelbrock 1406 carburetor with an electric choke and GM HEI ignition. There’s also an Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb chrome Chevrolet valve covers. It has a dual exhaust setup, but the sound is retro-cool. It is rear-drive with a 4-speed manual transmission.
Many of us at TFL Studios feel this truck was specifically restored to haul a large motorcycle, and look good doing it.
Exterior upgrades and details:
The main color theme exterior is red and white. The former owner used white in place of steel or chrome for the trim. That includes the bumper and side trim. Upfront, a pair of round, orange driving/fog lights are cool and functional.
This 1967 C10’s biggest feature is its spacious eight-foot bed. It looks like the former owner wanted to haul Harleys with this setup. The lower interior walls and floor are lined with (what we think is) a roll-on bed liner. This type of detail seems ideal for hauling motorcycles. On top of that, there is a hidden, extendable step in the back. Once again, a logical addition for hauling and securing motorcycles.
The interior has been completely upgraded, updated, and restored. The color theme moves to red and black, with tasteful highlights throughout the cab. The bench seat is in outstanding condition, as are the headliner and the door cards. The instrumentation has been restored and there are additional updates. A resto-mod stereo head unit connects to an all-modern sound system.
This vehicle is an outstanding example of a classic, slick-looking, useful pickup truck. You can bid on it, and get a hell of a truck, for little dough. It’s up for auction on TFLBids.com until May 3, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
