
What is it like to take a large 4×4 overland van on a hard mountain trail? Is #vanlife mostly for show, or is it truly a way to get into the wilderness and stay off the grid for a while? This is precisely why we took this brand new 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4×4 RV deep into the Rocky Mountains!
This #vanlife RV is a Summit Adventure Vans – Longs Peak model. It’s one of their more luxurious versions, and it is only available for sale at Transwest Frederick.
It is based on the Sprinter 4×4 chassis with a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel engine. This is a high-roof version of the van. It is equipped with a folding bed, plenty of storage, and a utility floor for mounting different configurations of extra seats, table, and additional accessories to secure mountain bikes and the like.
We take the van on a trail near Longs Peak mountain, and get it hung up on a few rocks. Here is how it turned out! Check out the video below!
