Yes! We are back again with three affordable and fun used trucks! They are all large truck-based SUVs from the 1990s! We want to find out who built the best OG SUV in the 90s by putting these three through four challenges. The first challenge is an off-road trail.

Roman brought a 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser (80 Series). It has a reliable 6-cylinder engine, a luxurious interior, a slight suspension lift and 33-inch all-terrain tires.

Nathan brought a 1997 Ford Expedition XLT. This one is equipped with a large 5.4L V8. It has a simple but huge interior. It has a slight lift and aftermarket tires.

I brought a 1998 Chevy Tahoe LT (GMT 400). This is super-well preserved SUV. It’s equipped with a 5.7L V8. It has a luxurious and comfortable interior, great visibility, and a G80 mechanically locking rear differential.

We attempt to reach Cliffhanger 1.0 trail, but the northern slope of the mountain and lots of unmelted snow prevent us from making it all the way. Roman has the easiest time in his Land Cruiser. The Tahoe’s traction and capability are very good, but this stock truck does not have a lot of ground clearance. Nathan’s struggling in his Expedition…

Since we cannot reach Cliffhanger 1.0, we turn around and tackle Tombstone Hill. The Land Cruiser has the least amount of interior space, it is a bit rough-riding on a rocky trail, but it has the easiest time climbing up and down obstacles.

For this first challenge, the Land Cruiser gets the maximum 3 points, the Tahoe gets 2 points, and the Expedition gets 1 point.
