Here is the latest 2024 Chevy Colorado truck pricing guide, including the all-new 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison. We have reviewed the new Colorado Bison before, but we now know how much it costs. It’s a hefty price, but you get a whole new level of a midsize off-road truck. The rest of the 2024 Colorado lineup gets a small $400 price increase for most models, but you get more as well. Here are all the details.
2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison
The all-new 2024 Colorado ZR2 Bison has a sticker price of $60,540. The AEV (American Expedition Vehicles) Bison package takes the Colorado pickup truck up to a whole new level, and it costs $12,145 (including the $445 Safety Package). This price is eye-opening, but it’s not far away from its competition and it includes some top-notch hardware.
Here is my first drive in the 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison. The Bison gets unique DSSV Spool Valve dampers by Multimatic with additional Jounce Control Dampers (front & rear). It comes with AEV steel bumpers (the front bumper is winch-capable), AEV boron-steel skid plate package, and 35-inch all-terrain tires. This pickup truck still has front & rear locking differentials with a TurboMax 2.7L I4 engine with 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. The Bison does not get any additional horsepower over a Colorado ZR2, Z71, or Trail Boss.
The new ZR2 Bison has more ground clearance than any Colorado truck before it, and it all comes together from the GM factory with a warranty and off-road race-proven pedigree.
For reference, the latest 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor starts at $57,065. The midsize Raptor is equipped with a more powerful 405-horsepower twin-turbo V6, has dual locking differentials, and rolls on 33-inch all-terrain tires. We still do not know the pricing for the 2024 Tacoma Hybrid TRD Pro or the Tacoma Trail Hunter.
2024 Chevy Colorado Lineup
The rest of the Colorado lineup stays about the same. All 2024 Colorado pickup trucks come with a standard 12-inch gauge cluster (which is an upgrade from some 2023 trim levels). The Colorado Desert Boss package is no more, it’s been superseded by the new ZR2 Bison.
The 2024 Chevy Colorado WT 2WD crew cab has a starting price of $31,095 (including destination). This is a lot less than a base all-new 2024 Toyota Tacoma SR 2WD two-door (which starts at $32,995). However, Cruiser Control is still optional on the 2023 Chevy Colorado.
