This appears to be a new 2022 Chevy Silverado ZR2 prototype that is being shipped via Van Horn, Texas. What is it doing on the same transport with a new 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor, an overseas Ford Ranger Raptor, and two other camouflaged test vehicles? Also, is this indeed a ZR2 prototype or could it be something spicier – such as a supercharged ZRX prototype?

Thanks to Daniel W. for sending us these images.

It may just be a coincidence that this collection of test vehicles is on the same transport truck, or there may be something more to it. Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

The production Chevy Silverado ZR2 has already been unveiled. It will be available as a crew cab with a shorter bed. It’s a 4×4 truck with new suspension and DSSV Multimatic spool valve shocks. It’s riding on 33-inch all-terrain tires and it has selectable front and rear locking differentials. Under the hood is a standard 6.2L V8 with 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
