Will the next Chevy Silverado look something like this? This concept truck rendering was recently published by the @generalmotorsdesign account. This Chevy truck design study is instantly recognizable as a Chevrolet. This design is done by Jacky Zhan.
This design appears to hint at the near future of GM truck design, although GM has not made any official statements about which element of this sketch (if any) will make it to a production-ready design.
Could this be a hint at the most off-road worthy future Chevy Silverado, such as the rumored ZR2 or ZRX? We will have to wait and see how it plays out. Below is a video of a GM prototype truck testing in public. This prototype is camouflaged to cover some design changes that are coming for 2022 and beyond.
