New 2021 Nissan Navara makes its world debut!

We have official images and specification on the new 2021 Nissan Navara / Frontier that launches today for the Australian and other world markets. The updated truck receives fresh styling, new PRO-4X model, and loads of latest technology.

The new Navara resembles the most recent Nissan Titan redesign with its grille, trim, and the lava red Nissan badge on the PRO-4X off-road version. The interior also gets a freshening and a full complement of driver assistance and safety technologies.

Here is a list of features included with the new Navara truck in Australia: forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, trailer-sway control, rear cross-traffic alert, and blind-spot monitoring. The 2021 Navara retains two of its turbo-diesel power plants that are available currently. They are a 2.3-liter turbo-diesel I4 and a twin-turbo version of the 2.3L diesel. The new truck is still rated to tow a maximum of 7,716 lbs (or 3,500 kgs).

The new U.S.-spec 2021 (or 2022) Nissan Frontier is not yet unveiled. We expect this debut to happen within the next few weeks, but we do not have an official date yet. Here is everything we know so far about the new U.S.-spec truck based on the prototypes we have been seeing.

The 2021 Navara you see here will go on sale in Australia at the beginning of next year. Here is a preview of the new 2021 Nissan Navara PRO-4X by Paul and our friends at CarExpert.com.au
