2021 Ford F-150 Caught Driving with Almost No Camouflage (Prototype Hunting Video)

Watch it accelerate on a mountain highway!

2021 ford f-150 f150 prototype caught driving

We just caught this 2021 Ford F-150 crew cab prototype driving around the Colorado mountains with barely any camouflage. It appears to be a higher-end trim level, such as a Platinum model with a chrome grille, wheels, and LED lights.

This may as close as TFLtruck will get to a new F-150 truck for a while. Ford uninvited TFL from the new truck launch event after TFLcar published several detailed images of the new 2021 Ford Bronco.

The 2021 F-150 will officially debut on June 25th, 2020. We will have our detailed overview of the truck published as well on that day. The new 2021 Ford Bronco is being unveiled on July 9th, 2020.

2021 Ford F-150

This 2021 F-150 appears to be an evolutionary design when compared to the current truck. The overall cab and bed outlines appear about the same as now. They are likely still made out of aluminum to save weight, like the current truck. Although, Ford may also be experimenting with new material for the inner bed section – such as plastic composites.

The front grille area is all new, as are the mirror and taillights. The interior of the truck is also new, according to many other spy prototype images that are out there. Ford is stepping up the interior and truck technology game once again with premium materials and digital screens throughout.
