Could this be the new TRD Pro versions of the 2019 Toyota Tundra, Toyota Tacoma, and Toyota 4Runner? Could Toyota be teasing us with the next versions of their most off-road worthy trucks and SUVs? Toyota just released only this image ahead of their truck debut at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show, which is coming up on Feb 8th, 2018. We really wish the image was higher in resolution.

Toyota only released the following statement:

Toyota will unleash its next batch of trail-ready four-wheelers at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show.

Toyota does call these upcoming trucks TRD Pro. However, the trucks have a familiar white and black contrasting exterior theme: white paint with black accents and wheels.

The current 2018 Tacoma is currently available with the TRD Pro off-road package and Toyota’s latest TSS-P driver assistance technology package.  The Tacoma TRD Pro currently starts at $41,520. The 2018 4Runner TRD Pro starts at $42,875.

Toyota discontinued the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro package for the 2018 model year. Last week, there was a report suggesting that the next generation Tundra is at least one year away or more. It’s highly unlikely that this teaser includes an all-new Tundra, but it appears to includes an updated TRD Pro package.

What could it be? Will Toyota give these trucks an additional factory lift? Will these trucks get an increase in horsepower? We will have to wait until the Chicago Auto Show to find out.

Check out this off-road trail comparison that includes a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro.
