The 2015 Ram Promaster City van is the latest commercial and passenger vehicle to be introduced to the North American market. It is based on a Fiat Doblo Van and it will be sold as both a cargo van and passenger van in the North American starting at the end of this year.
It does use the 2.4L four cylinder engine and Chrysler’s 9-speed automatic transmission. A 9-speed in a commercial vehicle? Yes, that’s a first.
