The SEMA 2023 show did not disappoint. The variety, number, and quality of modified and customized pickup trucks were second to none! Here is Best Of Vegas on the TFL Talkin’ Trucks podcast. This is our Episode #200! Please check it out.

I start out by taking a look at a dream project truck that took three years to build. It’s called Gladiator 2, and it is a Ram HD chassis with a 6.7L Cummins I6 engine with a supersized Jeep Gladiator body on top of it. Whoa!

Next up is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van show vehicle by Rogue Van Company. You have to see this van to believe it, but this one-of-a-kind luxury motor coach can cost upwards of $750,000 with everything that you see here. It is for sale because even special show vehicles have a price.

The next-generation 2024 Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor was one of the stars of the show. Several companies and booths had new Ford Rangers in them. Ford Motor Company also had a new Ranger in their booth. This one was the Ranger Performance ORV Concept that showcases many ARB components, such as bumpers, skid plates, suspension lift, and OME shocks.

American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) showed the GMC HD Sierra Grande concept. You have already seen the Sierra Grande concept, but now it also has the all-new BFGoodrich HD-Terrain T/A 40-inch tires. The load rating is (F), which is just under 4,000 lbs per tire. This means that it can easily handle all 1-ton (3500-series) pickup truck jobs you can throw at it.

If you like GM trucks, how about a new Chevy KR2 “K5 Blazer” 4×4 and a GMC Jimmy 4×4 custom SUV? These harken back to the time when GM built truck-based 4WD off-road SUVs.

Please join me in the video podcast below. This is indeed one of the most popular SEMA 2023 podcasts right now.
