Check it out – the new 2026 Ram 1500 DC650 by FOX Factory is here. It’s a new lowered crew cab truck with a potent 5.7L HEMI V8 under the hood. It’s called the Direct Connection 650. The number refers to the 650 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque that this Whipple-supercharged V8 is rated at. Here are all the details we have so far. Let’s dig in!
TFLtruck first broke the story of a new supercharged HEMI 5.7L V8 Ram 1500 truck several week ago. Tommy and Kase saw this Mopar Direct Connection concept truck at an event in Michigan.
The truck is based on a Ram factory 2026 Ram 1500 with a 5.7L eTorque HEMI V8 engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission. Next, FOX Factory does all of the modifications to make it a complete truck. You can order it and buy a 2WD version of this truck with a starting price of $89,995 (including a $2,595 destination fee). If you a 4WD version, that will cost you an addtional $4,045.
FOX Factory uses a Ridetech suspension system that lowers the truck about 3-inches in the front and around 5.5-inches in the rear for a low and level look. 22-inch wheels and tires complete the package. You can also get a leather interior at an additional cost.
FOX Factory provides a 3-year/36,000-mi warranty on powertrain components. The rest of the truck still carries Ram’s 10-year/100,000-mi warranty. You are able to service these trucks at any Stellantis/Ram Truck dealership across the country.
You can configure this truck in multiple exterior colors on the FOX Factory website.
