Mopar is celebrating its 85th anniversary at the 2022 SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV with these two Ram concept trucks and many more Jeeps and cars. Headlining the truck news is the Ram TRX Gold Shot concept you see here. There is also the Ram 1500 Backcountry X concept. Here are all the details.

Ram TRX Gold Shot

This SEMA concept truck shows the latest iteration of a TRX on 37-inch all-terrain tires. It combines an 18-inch wheel with a 37-inch BFG. The front of the truck features a new Mopar skid plate that looks good and also improves the approach angle up to a total of 32.5 degrees (which is nearly the same approach angle as on the F-150 Raptor R or Raptor on 37s).

The concept truck has a striking paint job, Mopar rock sliders, and a Sports Bar with powerful LED lights on top. There is also a skid plate underneath the rear of the truck and a pair of 5-inch Mopar exhaust tips to complete the package.

Ram 1500 Backcountry X

Meet the new Ram 1500 Backcountry X concept truck. This is Mopar’s more utilitarian take on the 4×4 pickup truck that is not afraid of some serious work and does not shy away from a fun time. You may have seen some of these Mopar accessories before with one VERY BIG exception. This concept is showing the new RamPack storage boxes that integrate where usual RamBox units used to be. The new tall RamPacks can hold up to 12.3 cubic feet each (this is about the same volume as a trunk of a compact sedan).

Please let us know what this about this concepts! We will be at SEMA in person, and we will bring this and much more soon!

In the meantime, here is a look at SEMA 2021.
