The team reaches Alaska in our Ford F-150 Lightning, and the “NorthernLightning” adventure bites hard. In this episode, Roman, David, and the team travel from Seattle to Hanes, Alaska, and onward to Fairbanks and Coldfoot. Our battery-powered Lightning is about five weeks old, but it now has over 7,000 miles on the odometer and still driving and charging like new. Of course, finding reliable chargers is becoming much more difficult. Thankfully, our route from Haines to Fairbanks, Alaska has several Flo Charger – DC fast-chargers that made a huge difference! This allowed us to keep our fairly aggressive schedule.
Huge thanks to our friends at Flo Chargers, Four Wheel Campers, BFGoodrich, and Colorado Fairing Company for making our journey possible!
Check out everything that happened on our way to Coldfoot in this episode. If you are wondering about what happened on our way to Fairbanks, we will publish more about this in the upcoming two episodes.
