Several unofficial sources are suggesting that Ram is working on a heavy-duty Rebel off-road truck. What is it and when is it coming? Here is everything we know so far. Once again, this is unofficial. Ram Trucks has not confirmed this new trim level for its heavy-duty pickup truck lineup.
Here we have several spy images of a prototype truck that shows some new technology and the off-road kit. The prototype you see here appears to be a version of a Ram Power Wagon front bumper with a space for a winch. It has what appears to be 20-inch black wheels with aggressive all-terrain tires. The prototype also has camouflaged side mirrors and a partially covered dashboard.
The side mirrors appear to be much larger than the current “flip-up” style towing mirrors. The redesigned units appear to have a larger vertical glass surface. We will have to wait and see how this shakes out.
