What you see here is the all-new 2022 Lexus LX 600 Ultra Luxury model. This is the pinnacle of the new Lexus SUV lineup. Here is your first look at this fully-optioned model with a top-of-the-line price tag of $126,000.
The LX is completely redesigned, although it looks very familiar on the outside. It rides on the latest chassis that it shares with the worldwide Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Tundra, and other upcoming Toyota trucks and SUVs. Under the hood, it has a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with 409 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. (Note: it gets a 20 horsepower increase over the engine in the 2022 Tundra.)
Different trims of the new LX 600 will offer interiors for 4 people (like in this Ultra Luxury model), 5 people, or 7 people with a 3-row configuration. The LX 600 is capable of towing up to 8,000 lbs, and we plan to test it in Colorado soon.
