Will the new 2022 Toyota Tundra be sold in world markets other than North America? TFLtruck viewer, Ross Watson of Scone NSW Australia, is asking. Ross owns a 2013 Toyota Tundra V8 that he converted to right-hand drive. He does not drive it too far, but he does tow a 10,000 lbs gooseneck horse trailer on occasion.

Ross writes:

The Tundra would be a big seller here [in Australia] given the rapid sales of Ram, Chevy Silverado, and Ford trucks. Trade guys, farmers, and recreational people are all looking for more load and towing capacity. The picture is my Tundra SR5 with Exiss 3-horse trailer. That’s over 10,000 lbs when loaded with horses. It pulls it well with a gooseneck hitch and airbag-assisted suspension. It chews through fuel when towing this weight. It’s a 2013 model with less than 20,000 km. The way it’s going with truck prices and poor supply, I will be sitting back and waiting. Although, I could sell it for more than it cost me to import and covert.
