The new and refreshed 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 lineup is still several months away, and now we have an unofficial glimpse into what pricing to expect when the latest trucks go on sale in Spring 2022. This is not to be confused with the 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD (aka. Limited) trucks that are on sale now.

This pricing report comes to us courtesy of GM Authority. Once again, this is unconfirmed by Chevrolet at this point.

The 2022 model year refresh includes new exterior designs across the board. This is mainly encapsulated with the front-end design (grille, bumper covers, and headlights). Some (but not all) 2022 models get an all-new interior. The models that keep the current interior design are the Silverado 1500 WT, Custom, and Custom Trail Boss. There are also updated engines and towing ratings. The 2.7-liter gas turbocharged I4 gets a redesign for 310 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque. The trucks that are equipped with the 3.0-liter turbocharged I6 diesel engine will offer a maximum towing package with over 13,000 lbs of maximum towing capacity.

Here is the refreshed 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 pricing breakdown, according to this report. The destination and delivery charges add up to $1,695.

ModelStarting MSRPMSRP with Destination Charges
Work Truck (WT)$31,500$33,195

Custom Trail Boss$46,200$47,895

LT Trail Boss$52,000$53,695

Here is how these report 2022 prices compare to the current 2022 Silverado LTD pricing.

The 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD WT starts at $30,400 before the $1,695 destination charges. It makes the price of the refreshed 2022 WT truck $1,100 more than before. It is not an across-the-board pricing hike. For example, the refreshed 2022 Silverado LT Trail Boss is shown to start at $52,000. This is a $375 price decrease compared to the current model.

Here is another up-close and personal look at the refreshed 2022 Silverado trucks, including the new Silverado 1500 ZR2 off-road truck. The ZR2 starts at $65,100, but this price is also unofficial at this point.
