The all-new 2015 Ford Transit continues to roll over the competition dominant sales performance in February 2015. It appears secure in its number one position. Ford says that all commercial van sales, including the E-Series and Transit Connect, combine for the best van sales since 2007. Interestingly, the discontinued Ford E-Series was in second place in February and displaced the declining Chevy Express.
Ram ProMaster was the best improved full-size commercial van in the February over last year, but it was just coming into the market around this time last year. The ProMaster actually drops two spots to sixth, and it was passed by the GMC Savana and Mercedes Sprinter.
The Nissan NV is still improving, but it still finds itself in last place.

Despite the strong growth from the Nissan NV200, Ford Transit Connect is still in the lead among small commercial vans. The aging Ram Cargo Van, which is based on the Dodge Caravan is still showing strength in third place. The new kids on the block: Chevy City Express and Ram ProMaster City are just starting to pickup steam and it’s too early so say how successful they can be.
