The sales of the new Jeep Gladiator went up by 43% in Q3 of 2025. What gives? Why are so many of you purchasing a new Jeep pickup truck? Let’s dig in!
Here is a new Jeep Gladiator Willys trim in striking Joose orange exterior color. It still has a venerable 3.6L Pentastar V6 with 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. It still has an 8-speed automatic transmission. It’s rolling on 32-inch all-terrain tires. It has skid plates and a locking rear differential.
Most importantly it’s still an open-air pickup truck. You can click two latches at the top of the windshield and quickly open the soft-top. Take off the door using a provided tool kit, and bam! You are in a 4×4 convertible pickup truck.
The Gladiator is still a bit bouncy and a bit loud to drive on the highway, but this is its old-school charm.
The Gladiator Willys trim starts at around $45,000. It offers pretty good value if you do not choose too many options.
What do you think? Would you still choose a Jeep Gladiator if you are shopping for a new or slightly used midsize pickup truck?
