If you’re looking to get a new Ford F-Series Super Duty, you’ll have some more choices across the range.
As we roll into another new model year (time flies, right?), Ford shared some details this week on what to expect with the 2026 F-Series Super Duty lineup. There’s already a huge number of configurations just within the F-250 through F-450 pickup range, to say nothing of the even higher GVWR models on offer to commercial fleet buyers. Now, though, there are even more package options to mull over, including the standard output 6.7-liter Power Stroke turbo-diesel’s availability on the F-250 Tremor and the return of a 6-3/4-foot bed option for SuperCab models, to name a couple.
Previously, the F-250 Tremor Off-Road Package was available with a diesel engine, but you had to go for the Big Kahuna: the High Output version making 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of torque. For 2026, however, you’ll be able to spec the less powerful version, though that still manages 475 horsepower and 1,050 lb-ft. Ford puts a $2,500 gulf between the two options, so this effectively makes the diesel F-250 Tremor package a bit more affordable to attain.

Across the rest of the 2026 F-Series Super Duty lineup, the STX Appearance Package is now available on dually models, in addition to single rear-wheel configurations. On the DRW trucks, Ford includes body color front and rear bumpers, a painted grille, an STX fender vent badge, an LED CHMSL light, fog lights and reflector lights. F-350 models get 17-inch polished aluminum wheels with the package, while F-450s get 19.5-inch wheels instead. STX-equipped models get 40/20/40 split-bench seats up front with manual driver’s side lumbar adjustment, a center armrest, cupholder and storage, as well as color-coordinated carpet and floor mats. Platform running boards are available as a standalone option on top of the STX package.
Lariat models get a new Premium package, available on crew cab trucks with the 7.3-liter Godzilla gas V8. This package bundles in commonly optioned and more advanced features. That includes Ford CoPilot 360 2.0 driver assistance technology, as well as Pro Trailer Hitch Assist and Trailer Reverse Guidance. Platform running boards and power-sliding rear glass also comes as part of the package, so you no longer have to spec each individual item out on its own.
Ford’s “Connectivity Package”, which offers up a Wi-Fi hotspot on all models and connected navigation, audio and video streaming, entertainment and voice assistant functionality on Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum trims, is now available as a one-time, $725 fee that covers the truck for seven years. The same package is now standard for one year for fleet buyers.
New colors and standalone accessory options
On the standard equipment front, 2026 Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks now get tire pressure monitoring as standard equipment, including models up to the F-550 Chassis Cab.
The options list further expands with several standlone options, including chrome or black tubular running boards and a driver’s side keyless entry keypad as an option on the XL as a dealer-installed accessory, or at the factory with the XLT Premium Package, Lariat, King Ranch or Platinum. A battery jump-start system, RealTruck hard-rolling or soft “sport” tonneau covers, tailgate lettering by TufSkinz, a windshield sunshade by Covercraft, an AllTrade Super Duty tool kit, an illuminated Ford grille badge and a Kicker subwoofer are all new dealer-installed options.
Three new color options are also available. Argon Blue Metallic and Marsh Gray Metallic are available to all customers, while Iconic Silver Metallic is only an option for fleet trucks.
Order books for the 2026 Ford Super Duty lineup are open now, though the online configurator hasn’t switched over from 2025 just yet. Full pricing information will then be available for retail buyers, though a CarsDirect report from earlier in the summer suggests prices will go up by about 1%, or approximately $800 from 2025-level MSRPs.
