Stellantis announces a significant leadership change. Tim Kuniskis, the current Dodge Brand CEO will expand his responsibilities by becoming the Ram Brand CEO as well. Mike Koval, the current Ram Brand CEO becomes the head of Mopar North America.
This is a pivotal time for all automotive manufacturers. It’s a critical time for Ram Trucks as the company is looking to grow sales, expand market share, and become an international brand of trucks. Tim Kuniskis is tasked with focusing on expanding the Ram Truck brand globally. This leadership change takes effect on July 1, 2023.
We hope that current Ram trucks will get a refresh soon with more powertrain options (3.0L I6 “Hurrican” powertrain), updated styling, and more features (such as a powerful onboard inverter/power generator).
Perhaps, we will soon hear more news about the upcoming Ram Rampage compact pickup and Ram Dakota midsize trucks.
