The 2023 Ford F-150 Heritage Edition celebrates a long history of Ford trucks with a factory two-tone paint job and a special interior. This paint job may not be what you expect. Here are all the details.
Can you believe that the Ford F-series pickup trucks have been around for 75 years? Yep, it all started with the simple 1948 Ford F1 truck. The Ford F-150 lineup is now in its 14th generation.
The 2023 F-150 Heritage Edition will be based on an XLT trim level, and it will come in five color combinations. It’s not a copy of the two-tone paint jobs from the 1970s and 1980s. Ford says this is a modern take. Please let us know what you think in the comments below.
The exterior choices are:
- Race Red midsection, with upper and lower Carbonized Gray
- Atlas Blue midsection, with upper and lower Agate Black
- Antimatter Blue midsection, with upper and lower Carbonized Gray
- Avalanche midsection, with upper and lower Agate Black
- Area 51 midsection, with upper and lower Agate Black
Heritage Edition interior updates include seat trim covers, special embossing on the center console, and a “75 Years” logo. Pricing for the 2023 Ford F-150 Heritage Edition will be available in mid-July (just a few weeks away). This is also when the 2023 F-150 order books open. 2023 F-150 production starts in fall of 2022, according to Ford.
