A new 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro (VIN 002) brings a $550,000 sale price at the 2022 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction. All proceeds of this sale go to benefit the athletes via the Toyota U.S. Paralympics Fund. This is one of the first all-new TRD Pro trucks that are available for sale. It’s powered by a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 Hybrid power plant with 437 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque that is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Toyota is also selling a 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone (VIN 001) luxury pickup truck at this auction to benefit the same charity. Toyota says this TRD Pro and Capstone Tundra trucks are the first hybrid-powered new trucks that will be manufactured at Toyota’s San Antonio, Texas plant.
The new Tundra TRD Pro off-road truck offers a 1.5-inch leveling suspension lift, 33-inch all-terrain tires, skid plates, rear locking differential, and FOX 2.5 shocks.
