The new 3rd-generation 2021 Ford Raptor is finally here. It has a very similar 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 high-output engine that it was in the previous Raptor, but it has an all-new exhaust system. This is a new system with a “loop-the-loop” that makes it a true equal-length exhaust system. The system also uses adjustable exhaust valves and a very unique “three into two” cross-pipe. You have to see it for yourself to really understand it.
The new Raptor offers the driver four different exhaust modes: Quiet, Normal, Sport, and Baja. In this video, I dive deep into this subject. I show all four exhaust modes you can judge the different sound levels for yourself.
The new 2021 Ford Raptor starts at over $65,000, including destination charges. This is for a truck with 35-inch tires and no options. Once you add all of the options, the price can hit $80,000. If you want the factory 37-inch tire package, the maximum price goes up to over $83,000.
The new Raptor has already started production, and Ford says the first 2021 Raptors are already being shipped to dealers.
