
The May 2021 U.S. truck sales information is starting to roll in. According to GoodCarBadCar.net – Toyota sold 23,488 Tacoma trucks last month in the United States. This is still above their monthly average sales rate from Q1 2021 – which is 22,149.
As you review the data table below, please remember that May 2020 numbers were negatively affected by the COVID-19 shutdowns across the country and across the world. Also, companies such as Toyota, Ford, and Honda are currently reporting monthly sales data. Other manufacturers such as General Motors, Nissan, and Stellantis (Jeep & Ram) are reporting on a quarterly basis. This means – we will have to wait another month to get a better idea about how Chevrolet, Jeep, Nissan, and GMC compare.
