The Q1 2021 sales numbers are in and currently the Ford F-Series trucks have a sales lead over the GM trucks in the U.S. The sales lead is not very big, as the full-size truck segment is getting ever more competitive. On the other hand, the Toyota Tacoma has a HUGE sales lead over the Ford Ranger, Chevy Colorado, and all other midsize trucks in the U.S.
