Jeep announces that the new 2022 Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer will be the first to offer Amazon Fire TV for Auto. The all-new full-size Wagoneer SUVs are promising to be loaded with luxury and technology. This includes up to five digital screens! What better way to use all this rear and front passenger screen real estate than have easier access to all of your shows that you may be watching at home.
The new Fire TV for Auto is part of the latest Uconnect 5 infotainment system. These shows will be accessible to the rear passengers via the second-row screens. The front passenger can also watch videos while driving using their separate screen. The driver will not be able to watch TV while driving due to a screen filter. When the vehicle is in Park and stationary, the driver can join the entertainment via the center front screen.
The Fire TV for Auto comes with its own specific remote control with push-to-talk access to Alexa. This way the passengers can search their show library and watch shows they may have started before at the exact point where they left off. This network-connected access to Alexa also allows the driver or passenger to be better connected with their home. If some features of your home are Alexa enabled, these features can be checked using the Fire TV with Auto.
