Ram Rebel 2WD

Having choice is a great thing, and the new Ram Rebel offers several different configurations and many options to accommodate as many customers as possible.

There is even a 2WD version of the Ram 1500 Rebel off-road truck. It’s available as a crew cab with a shorter 5’7” bed. This truck has a starting MSRP of $45,935 including destination charges when equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 eTorque powertrain. The $43,185 price listed in the screenshot above includes several currently available discounts.

What do you think? Would you get a two-wheel-drive version of the Rebel? Having a 2WD version of an off-road package is not a new concept. Several truck manufacturers had or currently have similar “pre-runner truck” offerings.

This version keeps the starting price as low as possible, while offering the comfort and the tough looks of an off-road truck. You can also get a Rebel 2WD with a 5.7-liter V8 for an additional $1,395.

Of course, there are many other ways to configure a new Rebel. It also comes in a shorter Quad Cab that offers a longer 6’4” bed option. The quad cab and the crew cab are available with 4×4, and the top of the line V8 eTorque powertrain.

If you tick every option box on a new Ram Rebel (including the 12-inch infotainment system), the final asking price will reach well over $60,000.
