Nissan unveils the Ultimate Work Titan concept truck at the 2019 NTEA Work Truck show in Indianapolis. The trucks starts life as a Titan XD crew cab 4×4. Under the hood is a 5.0-liter Cummins turbo-diesel V8 and an Aisin 6-speed automatic transmission behind it.
From there Nissan and team gave it a 3-inch lift, custom bumpers, larger wheels and tires, fender flares, and a WARN 12,000 lbs winch up front.
The updates do not stop there, as this truck is all about work. Nissan is donating the built truck to the Dallas-area Habitat for Humanity organization.
In the back there is a large ladder rack with additional lights. There are side-mounted tool boxes and a clever drawer tool storage system inside the bed.
Here is a closer look at the Ultimate Work Nissan Titan and the Rocky Ridge edition from the 2019 Work Truck Show.
On the inside, there is a place to mount a laptop up front or store several computers in the back. There is an additional inverter to provide power to the computers or other equipment.
While the Ultimate Work Titan is serious about getting a job done, recently we had an opportunity to drive a modified Titan XD that was all about the fun of fishing and being at the beach. Check out that video below.
