What do you do if a Ford F-550 4×4 EarthRoamer XV-LTS is just too small? Step up to this end-all ultimate luxury off-road RV – the EarthRoamer XV-HD. It’s based on a Ford F-750 medium duty turbo-diesel truck chassis. The chassis gets a 4×4 conversion and a customized suspension setup with FOX racing off-road shocks and air bags that work together to clear 46-inch tall Michelin off-road tires.
The HD-XV made its debut at the 2017 SEMA show is Las Vegas, NV this week.
The truck is 35 feet long, 13.5 feet tall, and 8.5 feet wide. Yep, it’s as wide and as tall as a public highway would allow. Each XV-HD can be custom configured/ordered and each has basically the same price of $1,500,000. The RV you see here is the very first unit built. It’s configured with two king-size beds arrangement: one bed in the “master bedroom” up front, and the second bed that converts into the dining table in the back.
EarthRoamer says that the XV-HD gets about 7-8 MPG, which allows the beast to go around 800 miles between fill ups. (Below images are provided by EarthRoamer.)
What else do you get for your $1.5 million? The configuration and customization options have no limit, according to the company. Get a detailed look inside and out of this beastly luxury RV here!
