Think manual transmissions are long gone? Think again. MRT, an aftermarket parts tuner, pairs a Tremec Magnum 6-speed manual transmission with a 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost engine. A custom MRT induction system feeds air to a larger intercooler; remapped boost curves and tuned ECU balance performance, thermal management, and reliability. This truck, along with six other Ford F-150 trucks packed with aftermarket modifications, will be on display at the Ford stand during the 2015 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
On the outside, a two-tone paint scheme with a yellow pinstripe covers the F-150’s panels. Other notable external parts include a custom rear spoiler fabricated by Team Z Motorsports, a hard shell tonneau cover also built by Team Z Motorsports, and custom headlights and tail lights by The Lighting Firm that carry the yellow pinstripe forward. 20-inch Forgiato wheels wrapped in Toyo performance tires completes the look.
