Truck manufacturers continue to push new levels of luxury in pickups and the 2016 F-150 Limited takes Ford’s light duty to new heights of luxury and style. This is a truck for a customer who wants every gadget along with comfort and style. Ford first introduced the Limited grade in 2013 with the last generation of the F-150. This trim level fit above the King Ranch and the Platinum models.
The 2016 Limited will go on sale this winter, so you may be able to grab one at the end of December 2015. However, wider availability will start in the 2016 calendar year. It will be offered in four exterior colors. The one pictured here is the White Platinum Metallic tri-coat. There are also: Shadow Black, Magnetic, and Blue Jeans.
Ford is limiting the use of chrome on the exterior to the middle section of the front bumper and the badge on the tailgate (rear image is not yet available). The unique 22-inch rims are polished aluminum.
Naturally, the interior cuddles the occupants in special design seats that features black and Mojave two-tone leather. The front seats a heated, cooled, and include the massage feature. The wood inserts are of the fiddleback eucalyptus variety.
Ford’s new SYNC 3 with AppLink system is included, as are all the other driver aide and comfort features that are currently found on other F-150 trim level. You get the whole enchilada with the Limited. There are also Limited badging throughout, as well as the VIN and production number of the center console.
Ford unique Pro Trailer Backup Assist feature is also included.
