Hennessey name is synonymous with big horsepower.  You probably heard of the Venom GT hyper car by Hennessey Performance or various speed records by supercharged and tuned Chevys and Cadillacs.  However, John does not forget about the trucks.  The company offers supercharger kits for the Ford SVT Raptor and the latest 2014 and 2015 GM pickup trucks and SUVs that come equipped with the 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine.

The stock GM 6.2L chucks out respectable 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque.  Of course, there is no such thing as enough power, right?  So, Hennessey provides the HPE650 Supercharger kit that is good for over 650 horsepower at the crank.  The engine power rating is listed at 665 hp @ 5,500 rpm and 658 lb-ft @ 4,200 rpm.  How much power does this lay down to the rear wheels?

Hennessey Performance recently released this video of the 2014 GMC Sierra 6.2L on the dyno and the results are very impressive.  There are additional 183 horses and 141 lb-ft of torque to the wheels.  If you cannot afford the HPE650 kit, there two other power levels being offered that are easier on your wallet: the HPE 550 and HPE600 kits.  All of the kits come with a 3 year and 36,000 mile limited warranty.  And these packages can be complimented by a Corsa cat-back performance exhaust system.  You can also get this done to your 2015 GMC Yukon 6.2L or the 2015 Cadillac Escalade.
