The all-new 2015 Ford Transit continues to dominate the full-size van segment as evident in the June 2015 results. However, the Ram ProMaster is still the best improved van when compared to last year. It went on sale in early 2014 and it’s now locked in a close fight for the fourth sales spot against the GMC Savana and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
The Chevy Express is in the second sales position, but it’s sales volume is less than half of the what the Transit is doing. The aging van continues to decline in June. The story is similar with the GMC Savana van, although it sneaked by the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for fourth place overall.
The discontinued Ford E-Series is still in third place. The Nissan NV is still in the last position, but it shows a big improvement of 31.4% over June of last year.
