Lower fuel prices maintain momentum for November 2013 truck sales. Ford F-Series was not the fastest growing pickup truck, but it keeps a significant lead over the competition in sheer numbers. Nissan Frontier improved the most in November with 54.6% over November of last year. And Ram is showing the biggest improvement for the year with 22.0% YTD over previous year.

Commercial Van – November 2013 Sales Chart
While Ford E-Series is in the lead and in its last year of production, the 2014 Ram ProMaster had a good first full month with 828 units sold. It already passed the smaller (Caravan based) Ram Cargo Van for monthly sales. It’s also worth noting that Ford Transit Connect had a challenging month, dropping -19.3% and selling only 2,303 units. This is likely related to supply constraints as new 2014 Transit Connect is coming out soon.
